Coleshill sits where the M6, M42 and M6 Toll meet, just east of Birmingham. The town centre is on and around the High Street, with Temple Way just off it, a short distance from the A446 Coleshill bypass.
From the M6: leave at Junction 4 and follow the A446 towards Coleshill, then turn into the town centre for the High Street and Temple Way.
From the M42: leave at Junction 9 and take the A446 towards Coleshill town centre.
From Birmingham and the NEC: follow the A452 and A446 towards Coleshill and head into the town centre for the High Street and Temple Way.
By rail & bus
Coleshill Parkway station, on the Birmingham to Nuneaton, Leicester and Peterborough line, is around a mile and a half from the town centre at Hams Hall, with CrossCountry services to Birmingham New Street one way and Nuneaton, Leicester and beyond the other. From the station the venue is a short taxi ride into the town centre. Check the latest timetables on National Rail before travelling.
Local buses serve Coleshill High Street from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding towns, a short walk from Temple Way. Routes and frequencies change, so please check Traveline or the operator’s timetable before travelling on your exam day.

Your exam day
What time do I have to arrive at the Coleshill centre?
Please arrive at the Coleshill centre by 08:15am on your exam day. You will first complete the practical demonstrations, including chest compressions and handling a fire extinguisher, shortly followed by sitting your ADR exams.
Do I attend the Coleshill centre for the whole ADR course?
No. Your ADR training is delivered online over Zoom. You only attend the Coleshill centre in person to complete your practical demonstrations and sit your ADR examinations on the final day of the course, with results available instantly after each exam.
What should I bring to my ADR exam in Coleshill?
You are required to bring your ID (Driving Licence, ADR Licence, DQC or Passport). You also need to bring your registration form with an attached photograph and the worksheets completed during the course.
