Our Ilford centre is easily accessible for drivers across Ilford, Romford and east London. Your ADR training is completed online over Zoom, so you only need to travel to the Ilford centre for one day — the final day of your course — to complete your practical demonstrations and sit your ADR examinations. By road: Between the A12 Eastern Avenue and the A118 High Road

By rail: Goodmayes station (Elizabeth line), around half a mile away – a short walk from the venue

By bus: London buses run along the High Road and Goodmayes Lane

By car

Goodmayes is between the A12 Eastern Avenue and the A118 High Road on the eastern side of Ilford. Goodmayes Lane runs south from the High Road alongside Goodmayes Park, and the community centre is beside the park.

From central London and Stratford: take the A118 Romford Road/High Road east through Ilford towards Goodmayes and turn south onto Goodmayes Lane at the park.
From the M25 and Romford: leave at Junction 28 for the A12 towards London, exit at Goodmayes/Barley Lane and head south to join Goodmayes Lane.
From Barking and Dagenham: head north on Longbridge Road/Goodmayes Lane itself, approaching the venue from the southern end beside the park.

By rail & bus

Goodmayes station, on the Elizabeth line, is around half a mile away, with frequent trains between Shenfield, Stratford, central London and beyond. Seven Kings and Ilford stations are also close. From Goodmayes station the venue is a short walk down Goodmayes Lane beside the park. Check TfL or National Rail for the latest times.

London buses run along the High Road and Goodmayes Lane, connecting Ilford, Barking and Dagenham. Check the TfL website for live times before travelling on your exam day.
