Our Wokingham centre is easily accessible for drivers across Wokingham, Reading and Berkshire. Your ADR training is completed online over Zoom, so you only need to travel to the Wokingham centre for one day — the final day of your course — to complete your practical demonstrations and sit your ADR examinations. By car

Reading Road (the A329) is Wokingham’s main western approach. The parish rooms are on Reading Road beside St Paul’s Church, a short distance from the town centre.

  • From Reading: follow the A329 south-east through Winnersh into Wokingham; the venue is on Reading Road as you approach the town centre, by St Paul’s Church.
  • From the M4: leave at Junction 10 and take the A329(M) towards Wokingham, joining the A329 Reading Road for the final stretch.
  • From Bracknell and Camberley: take the A329 or A321 into Wokingham and pick up Reading Road on the western side of the town centre.

By rail & bus

Wokingham station is around half a mile away – roughly a ten-minute walk – with SWR services between Reading and London Waterloo and GWR services on the North Downs line towards Guildford and Gatwick. Check the latest timetables on National Rail before travelling.

Regular buses connect Wokingham with Reading and Bracknell along the A329 corridor. Routes and frequencies change, so please check Traveline or the operator’s timetable before travelling on your exam day.
